The 200-hour Teacher Training Course at Sarvam Yoga School is all about transformation: a personal journey that will inspire, challenge, and empower you in all aspects of your life.
Sarvam Yoga is a 500-hour Yoga Alliance Registered School, rooted in the yogic tradition. With over 160+ yoga teachers graduated, Sarvam Yoga has become one of the leading yoga schools in the region, with a proven track record of producing skilled and successful teachers.
We are proud to be among the few schools in the region to offer both 200-hour and 500-hour Yoga Alliance-accredited Teacher Training Courses, which reflects the quality and depth of our yoga education.
Our teacher training program is thoughtfully designed to help you deepen your yoga journey, enhance your personal practice, and gain the confidence and skills needed to teach.
- Flexible Schedule: Tailored to balance work, family, and other commitments. You don’t need to take days off from work; you can become a teacher over 7 weekends!
- Experienced Instructors: Learn from senior teachers with years of experience in teacher training and studio classes.

Our teachers have many years of experience in leading teacher training programs and studio classes. “Sarvam” is a Sanskrit word meaning ‘full,’ ‘total,’ or ‘absolute.’ This sense of totality is reflected in Sarvam Yoga’s respect for different lineages and schools of yoga, while maintaining an open-minded approach that meets the needs of the modern world.

Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance Accredited Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course is an intensive, transformative experience. The curriculum focuses on:
- Ashtanga Primary Series: Learning self-practice, sequencing, and teaching methodology.
- Vinyasa Flow: Creating dynamic sequences and gaining the skills to teach with creativity and precision.
- Modern Teaching Techniques: Develop skills in alignment, hands-on adjustments, functional anatomy, and class planning.
By the end of the training, you will have the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach classes rooted in the Ashtanga Primary Series and Vinyasa Flow style, while integrating your own unique voice and creativity. We strongly believe in the importance of developing your personal journey as both a student and teacher. Our supportive environment encourages you to connect deeply with your practice and share this transformation with others.
Our Teacher Training Course follows a weekend format, designed to make it easier for you to balance work, family, and other responsibilities.
The program consists of 7 weekends in the studio, along with additional flexible hours for self-paced learning.
Weekend Format:
- Saturdays: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Sundays: 8:00 AM – 5:45 PM
Mid-Week Hours:
- 27 Flexible Hours: Online, recorded sessions, or in-studio practice.
