Bahaa Fayad is a yoga teacher, athlete, and dedicated practitioner of Ashtanga Yoga, known for his disciplined practice and thoughtful approach to movement.

Before yoga became central to his life, Bahaa faced physical challenges, including back pain and periods of being overweight. Through consistent practice, yoga became a powerful tool that helped him rebuild strength, mobility, and balance in both body and mind. What began as a personal journey toward healing gradually evolved into a deep commitment to the practice.

During the global pause of the COVID-19 pandemic, Bahaa devoted significant time to deepening his understanding of yoga. Through daily practice and continued study, he explored not only the physical aspects of the discipline but also its subtler dimensions through pranayama, meditation, and self-inquiry.
Today, Bahaa shares his experience by teaching an intelligent and safe approach to yoga practice. His classes emphasize alignment, mindful sequencing, and hands-on guidance, integrating strength, mobility, breath awareness, and discipline.

Through his teaching, Bahaa aims to create a supportive environment where students can explore their potential, build resilience, and cultivate a deeper connection between body, breath, and mind.
