Rooted in Ashtanga Yoga and enriched with creative Vinyasa Flow, our curriculum offers a solid foundation in philosophy, practice, and modern teaching skills.

- Ashtanga Primary Series
Build a disciplined self-practice, study the sequence in depth, and master foundational alignment, cueing, hands-on adjustments, and teaching methodology. - Vinyasa Flow Method
Learn to design intelligent and informed vinyasa flow sequences and to teach with clarity, confidence, and creativity. - Technical Approach
Develop a solid foundation in functional anatomy, alignment principles, and hands-on adjustments, while refining your skills in verbal cueing, sequencing strategy, and class planning.
By the end of this training, You’ll graduate fully equipped to teach Ashtanga- and Vinyasa-based classes with confidence, clarity, and your own authentic voice.

7 Weekends In-Studio

Weekend sessions are full training days and attendance is mandatory
- 27 flexible mid-week hours
Includes a mix of homework, recorded sessions, and live-streamed classes
Students must practice at least 3 times per week for 5 weeks
How to complete the hours:
Online – via recorded or live-streamed classes (included in fee)
In-studio – optional, with 35% off any Sarvam Yoga membership during the training
All mid-week required hours can be completed online. In-studio practice is optional and encouraged for additional support.
