Pia Attalah radiates gratitude and joy in every yoga class she leads, often greeting her students with a heartfelt “Namaste, beautiful yogis!” Sharing her passion for yoga is a privilege she cherishes deeply.

Pia’s journey with yoga began casually, in a time before it became a mainstream practice, but she immediately felt a profound connection that always drew her “back home.” In 2016, she committed fully to her practice through Sarvam Yoga’s Morning Challenge program. This dedication grew, and by 2019, she had completed her 200-hour RYT certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa with Sarvam Yoga Beirut.

In her classes, Pia emphasizes yoga fundamentals, harmonizing breath with movement, and building both strength and flexibility. She creates a balanced practice that nurtures the body, mind, and soul, aiming to inspire health, happiness, and a sense of unity within her students.

Beyond yoga, Pia is a vibrant soul with a multifaceted life. She is a creative stylist, skilled cook, devoted mother, advocate for sustainable fashion, and an enthusiast for all the goodness life has to offer.

Guided by the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, Pia embodies the belief that “Yoga is the journey of the self, through the self, to the self.”
