Mysore Ashtanga Yoga
Explore new experiences with us
At SARVAM, we offer a unique and personalized approach to practicing Ashtanga Yoga through our Mysore-style classes. Named after the city of Mysore in India, this traditional method allows each student to progress at their own pace under the guidance of an experienced teacher.
Unlike led yoga classes, where everyone follows a synchronized sequence, Mysore-style lets you move through the Ashtanga series at your own rhythm, making it suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners alike.

What is Mysore Ashtanga Yoga
Self-paced practice, guided by tradition
It is based on the dynamic and structured system of Ashtanga Yoga, which is rooted in Vinyasa – the connection between breath and movement.
The practice consists of a set series of postures (asanas) that build strength, flexibility, and inner focus. Each student learns the series gradually, starting with the primary series, and moves forward as they deepen their practice.
