Abed began practicing yoga in 2020, initially as a way to improve flexibility, particularly given his background in banking and corporate roles that required long hours seated behind a desk. His journey took a transformative turn upon discovering Ashtanga yoga, which introduced him to the deeper physical and mental dimensions of the practice. The discipline and mindset shift he experienced were profoundly impactful.

After two years of consistent practice, he pursued Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at Sarvam Yoga to share the wisdom and healing he had gained. Deeply inspired by yoga’s therapeutic benefits, he continues to explore its practices and philosophies. With a commitment to lifelong learning, he remains dedicated to growth and to teaching others the invaluable lessons he has discovered on his yoga journey.
