Asia started to practice yoga sporadically in 2008 and became fully committed to a daily routine as she enrolled in the Morning Challenge program offered by Sarvam Yoga in 2017. Her consistency helped her relief chronic back pain caused by scoliosis and extensive seated working hours.

Having noticed the effects of yoga on her health, she was eager to know more and wanted to share with others what she perceived to be a valuable tool for wellbeing. 

In 2019, Asia got her 200 RYT in Ashtanga Vinyasa with Sarvam Yoga and joined their teaching team in 2020. Her dedication led her to become an integral part of Sarvam’s YTTC team as Assistant Teacher.

Asia’s adjustments are just spot-on. Whatever you need, ask, and she will always be ready to help and support you as needed.
