Some of us start practicing yoga to get fit and flexible.
Some of us seek health or healing from an injury or dis-ease.
Some of us follow our friend or partner into a sweaty room.
Some of us turn to yoga as an answer to the stress, chaos, and confusion of life.
Some of us understand yoga to be a spiritual path regardless of our pre-existing, or non-existent, religious beliefs.

While we may not start practicing yoga for the same reasons, we stay with the practice for the same essential reason… Yoga is a philosophy for life.
