22-04-2019 | Acroyoga Secrets to flying

Date: February 9, at 4 to 6pm
Facilitator: Raja Sabra
Price: $30

AcroYoga is a partner practice that blends the wisdom of yoga, the dynamic power of acrobatics, and the loving kindness of healing arts. These three lineages form the foundation of a partner practice that cultivates trust, playfulness, and community.
In a nutshell it’s basically working out, doing yoga, having fun, laughing, and mainly getting out of or expanding your comfort zone as part of a group.
No partners are needed. Just bring yourself and be ready to fly, laugh, and let go!

Facilitator: Raja Sabra

About Raja:
Simply put, if Acroyoga were a woman, Raja would marry her. He has fallen in love with the practice and feels more passionate about it than anything he’s ever encountered. Acroyoga has helped him immensely with his OCD, anxiety, and depression. He wants to use it as a tool to spread happiness and joy among people no matter the age or size. Raja sees acro as more related to the mind than to the body and physical strength. His classes incorporate humor into the practice as he finds comfort in laughter and believes it’s a way to get people closer, comfortable, and most importantly happy. He also loves puns, and when you hear them, YOGAna love them.

Time: 2hrs
Price: $30
All levels are welcome and no problem if you don’t have a partner.
